Job 1 – 1st Line Support Engineer - Microsoft 365 and Cloud Services

We are seeking a 1st Line Support Engineer to join our team, providing exceptional customer service and technical support for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft cloud services. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking support phone calls and working with a team of engineers to support our customers. This is a remote position, following the United Kingdom timezone.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first line technical support for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft cloud services.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or engineer.
Work collaboratively with a team of engineers to support our customers.
Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft cloud services.

We are seeking a performance-driven Helpdesk Manager to lead our team of engineers focused on providing exceptional customer service and technical support for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft cloud services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the helpdesk operations, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, following the United Kingdom timezone.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of engineers focused on providing technical support for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft cloud services.
Monitor performance metrics and customer satisfaction to ensure the helpdesk is meeting its goals.
Understand the helpdesk situation at any given time and be able to discuss current and past issues.
